  Work is undone and the company has not paid subcontractors leading to intent of liens to be received. Subcontractors will no longer work with him due to failed return calls and failure to pay (DeWalt Plumbing, Noach Heating, Gaddie Electric, Mitchell Caldwell). I am aware of other jobs in the same state as mine. I am pursuing legal and hopefully criminal actions against this person/business. I am told he has finished only one job he ever took on. I cant verify that but know of other jobs he is delinquent on. Do not be fooled, he comes across very personable and lies to you constantly (if you can get him to return a call). He owes me thousands of dollars because he didn't pay his subcontractors.
