  Allow me to start by saying that I visited your location at 5944 Barnes Rd in Colorado Springs today with the intention of purchasing just 1 item - Licorice bites. Yes. On Black Friday all I wanted were the horrible licorice bites that I can only find in your stores. You would be doing me a huge favor by no longer carrying these evil, delicious little treats, but I digress. A little under 40 minutes later, my boyfriend and I left after purchasing nearly $350 worth of merchandise for around $255. Kelley assisted us as we meandered through the store, finding dishes that were all sold out, except for the display dishes that we were completely unaware were on sale as we began our trek into the store. Kelley got her manager to help her pack up the display dish set that looked amazing with the incredible flatware set my boyfriend just had to have. She also went out of her way to help us find new glasses for our new dish set, and made sure we knew about the 20% off the entire purchase coupon available that we knew nothing about. When we finally finished blowing our Christmas budget, Kelley took it upon herself to get us checked out of the store very quickly, opening a new register just for us. Please know her demeanor was superb. I've not encountered a retail worker with her passion in a long time. Thank you, Kelley! That being said - please consider dropping the Wiley Wallaby licorice soon. I don't think I can afford to buy anymore in the future.
