  After returning a computer at this location, I still have not received a reimbursement via PayPal almost two weeks later. I was told that the transaction would only take 3-4 days. When I tried to contact an employee at the store 11 days later, like many other reviewers, I was on hold for 20 minutes with no answer before hanging up. I then had to call the 800 number to be able to talk to somebody. This particular representative informed me that I was told wrong, and it can take up to 30 days for PayPal to make the refund available. Side note: I returned an Apple product to the Apple Store on Sunday, and received the money via the same PayPal account the following Tuesday. Another issue I have is, when I returned the computer to the store, my intention was to exchange it for the next model up. The only extra option that I wanted was a keyboard with a numeric keypad, which is a $30 upgrade through Apple. I was told that BestBuy could not match this because they would not be able to sell the baseline keyboard. So they let me walk out the door, leaving a $1399 sale on the table for a $30 upgraded keyboard. My above listed issues is just added to a number of bad experiences I have had with Best Buy. I feel like the vibe of the store has changed quite a bit over the years for the worse. Extreme lack of customer service, and ultimately respect for their customers has left me with a bad taste. Needless to say, no more of my money will be put into this company.
