  Very happy! My sister and I went to several different stores and once we began working with Bridal Elegance we just kept saying how we wished we had come there first. The patient, helpful, respectful staff was great. They helped me find what I was looking for and were also very patient as i saw other styles of dresses making me feel comfortable taking the time to try those too. I actually fell in love with a dress that was very different than what I was originally looking for and without their patience I never would have even tried this one on and would have missed out. I also came back later to show the dress to my kids and everyone was still so encouraging and patient as I tried on the top 2 choices a few times. The staff was knowledgeable about the alterations and changes that could be made and the costs that would involve. I would definitely recommend going there.

  I worked with B and she’s amazing my mom and I spent a good 5 hours there and the ladies were super helpful and never made us feel rushed I left laughing and feeling good, my only mistake was checking out another store where I felt horrible then I went back here to get my dress! I never felt pressured! Yhey let us take pictures! I appreciate their goal is to ensure the bride feels good about herself!
