They are great about greeting you multiple times, and offering you water, but when you need to see charms that are locked up they will happily let you wait 10minutes before they help you. Charms are often out of stock and my last 3 visits their comment has been the same "our stock is really low right now". No thanks, the parking nightmare at this location is not worth "our stock is really low right now".
