They asked what level etc. Put me in skis and it was unbelievable how much more fun I had. The skis were so easy. We were headed out of town and bought a ski rack. They came out and helped us install it so we didn't have to run home. Just above and beyond customer service. I will use them for any and every ski rental / purchase. As a business owner myself, they just have it down.
