- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆July 12, 2020, by Junam LeeThis mall used to be really crowded and busy back in 1999. They had really good stores and good deals but now the mall is dead and empty. I don’t know how the management are keeping up their business. It’s so sad how the place went from busy and great to ghetto. Plus I don’t feel safe shopping at the citadel and have no plans of shopping there. I’d rather drive up to Lone Tree and shop at park meadows or 29th street in Boulder.
