  This place is amazing. These guys really know what they're doing, and they are so friendly and helpful. Ian in the back installed a new battery in my wife's MacBook Air, and even cleaned it up. Runs like a gem now. He was very honest and willing to explain everything to me, which made for an amazing experience.

  Chris was awesome. He was able to save all of my files off of my old hard drive and put them onto my new Mac Book. And...NO CHARGE! These guys are awesome and they know their stuff. Great recommendation from the Apple Store, and so relieved to have my files moved over. Thank you so much Chris!!

  After being so frustrated with the Mac store up in the Shops at Briargate I decided to give City Mac a try. They have been such a wonderful difference in quick customer service and just being super helpful. They have earned a customer for life now! My wife dropped her phone in the bath tub while doing a video of our two little kids. She was afraid it was caput so I brought it in and they took it apart and swabbed out all the water. Didn't even charge me and now her phone works fine. So grateful for customer service that goes above and beyond! Thanks again!
