- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★November 04, 2019, by KhalazdadThe Citadel Mall is slowly dying. A side effect of this is low wages and disengagement. Most store clerks are on their phones or working some side-hustle; at a nearby department store, we couldn't get a clerk to make eye contact, never mind help us. The nice lady working at Claire's was actually working, though. She was bright and sunny, very helpful, and made some great suggestions to help us get more bang for our buck. The sales here are perpetual.
