- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆February 08, 2019, by Mike CaseyTerrible experience. Ed demanded to be paid-in-full in advance. Once paid, very little communication or advice followed. He said that his only job was to "order parts". Wrong and missing parts were ordered repeatedly. A job that should have taken weeks took months. When asked why he would not come to my home to view my project, he replied, "When the time was right". After receiving payment, I never saw Ed again. The issues, mistakes and lack of customer service is too long to list.
