They reward their staff for good work, and they are super polite when you have issues. Whats more, they work hard to solve problems, the management covers shifts when you can't, and they advocate for their clients vehemently. There are some disgruntled employees, but from my experience they are an upgrade from my last employer. You wanna see real money hungry beasts, go to Kansas.
