  May 28, 2013 - My wife and I came in for a screen printing job. There were two men in a room right behind the front counter who were discussing their daughters' baseball game. They knew we were standing at the front counter. After five minutes of listening about the baseball game, we left. It wouldn't matter if their products quality and appeal were excellent - without service it doesn't matter. There are plenty of other screen printers in Colorado Springs. We won't go back and will tell our friends not to go to a store that doesn't care about customers standing at the front counter.
