  I've been purchasing gear from Gary for about 7 years now. The customer service is bar none the best. I have cross shopped a couple products, but ultimately the prices never varied, so I just stopped wasting my time. There is something to be said for establishing a good relationship with a brick and mortar store, versus saving $20 at a big box retailer or off of Amazon. I know some are price sensitive and I don't know if the "$20 at a big box" is accurate. I just knew when I went in there, I was there to buy and believed that pricing was going to be in line, which it always was. I've had ListenUp install my theater projector, screen, multiple TV's and surrounds in multiple homes. Simply stated, they are the best. There were a couple issues, of which were swiftly dealt with beyond my satisfaction. That shows the true caliber of a company, how do they respond when things don't go as planned, which I have the utmost respect and confidence in the ListenUp team. I've since moved up the chain in my 2-channel pursuit and no longer own my rack of McIntosh gear, but the endless amount of time I spent in their store A/Bing, and being consulted to was invaluable. Though, I still do own most of the Shunyata Research cabling I bought from them back in 2011. And don't forget, they sell furniture! I've bought a couple Salamander Design consoles and chairs from them. It's pretty remarkable that shop is there, and yet people still goto Best Buy. I'll never understand. Better service, way more knowledgable and more apt at handling customer satisfaction issues.
