Not only would I NEVER work here again, I will never be a customer either. I took this job for part-time work after my daughter was born and I regretted every moment of it. As a woman who just gave birth, I was disgusted with how employees talk about customers behind their backs or once they leave. People are constantly body shamed for being too tall/short, too big or shaped differently than tuxedo or suit models. I've seen countless people walk in here hoping to spend "under $200" on a suit and have literally been laughed out. Employees will also belittle people who can't afford a $700 outfit. It's not that they can't help you- it's not worth the commission they're being paid to help you. If you aren't dressed in expensive clothing when you come in, they assume you're poor or won't purchase and prioritize helping you last. I've never worked a customer service job where management was okay with this kind of behavior. If you're considering a job here, don't. The pay is minimum wage if you're non commission and if you have a commission job it won't matter how well you sell because the store manager expects you to all take turns with sales. If you have a great sale and did all the work for it but it isn't "your turn" then whoever's turn it is will make the commission for that sale. At this particular location, there are employees who threaten to fire you if you don't do as they want you to. For example, in two months I was expected to attend 3 store meeting on days off. It was "required" but turns out they can't make you go. Yet threaten to write you up or fire you if you don't. One manager there is very young but has a power trip issue and would tell people, "If I have to tell you again, I'll fire you" or "You havent seen it yet but you're about to learn how I manage" when again, she had no authority over these people's jobs. The store manager allowed this and never corrected her because they bullied younger high school employees into staying this way. My breaking point is when I went in to get my pay check and it wasn't there. Without notifying me, they set up an account through a third party with my social security number where they deposited my check. In store management was no help so I called the third party "bank" to explain to them that I was never okay with the setting up of the account and asked them to issue me a check. They refused. They claimed to have sent me a debit card which I had never received and then refused to overnight or rush order me a new one. So now I can't access my check for 7-10 buisness days and even then I can only get cash from certain ATMs without being fined. I attempted to call the corporate number for payroll where I had to leave 2 voicemails and still haven't been called back. It's been 2 days now. The lesson is, unless you get off by being belittled or judged and over charged, don't shop here. Unless you're willing to work for free and be belittled, don't work here.

Wow what a poorly run location (Chapel Hills in COS) The employees are all pretentious and dismissive. Especially on the phone. They act like you are bothering them and literally expect you to thank them for assisting you, rather than them thanking you for the business. The location has been dirty every time ive been in. Doesn't look like they have vacuumed or dusted in weeks. I had to stand on debris in the dressing room while changing. So much tape "goop" on the front door and windows that you wonder if the manager has ever actually been to the store. Ive given this place 2 tries now and wont return if I can avoid it. I suggest you do the same.
