Greated by a woman and I told her I needed a shirt, tie and my jacket pressed. Pointed me in the direction of the shirts and ties. No assistance in finding the color and size I needed. Refused to press my jacket

I'll begin with a positive. When my best friend used Men's wearhouse for his wedding, I really liked the tuxes that were rented to us. Which is the reason why when it came to buying a suit, I chose them first. That wasn't a great idea. I like to look nice and I like my clothes to fit well and correct. I bought a suit a few months ago for a job interview. I had them tailor the suit pants to my length as well as the jacket. When I picked it up, I didn't like the way it fit at all. I wanted a slight break in the pants. Instead, they were complete "high waters". They were also really baggy. The jacket looked even worse and bulky. The guy who helped that worked there was watching me as I was checking out the fit to see if I liked it. I told him it was all wrong. He kinda smugly looked at me like I was an idiot when I tried asking him for advice on fit and how to pick a right suit. I asked what kind of suit he was wearing and he told me "oh no, this suit isn't from here, I wouldn't buy a suit here" I was taken back and thought it to be pretty funny. I didn't like the way I looked and they took the suit back and gave me my money back. That was good of them. I just want to let everyone know not to go to this store unless you are buying dress shirts. Their suits are terrible and not even their employees would wear them. I hope I could help some of you make a better decision when choosing a suit. Their shirts are pretty good though. No complaints there.

As a lesbian looking for a wedding suit, I thought it was going to be a hassle. I was extremely anxious about it. I couldn’t have had an easier time. They were helpful and gracious. It was pleasant, and I’m 100% satisfied.
