  Nick did a great job explaining what Miracle Method could do in our kitchen and helping us select colors. Tina had Tom make a wonderful seal of the bottom of our laminate above our dishwasher so no more laminate particles would fall on our clean dishes. Kasey did a great job prepping and spraying our countertops and backsplashes and came back immediately for one touch-up. He removed nearly all of the minor fumes during his spraying and just after with an industrial-strength fan and plastic tube. Overall, my wife and I are extremely happy with the results and with all of the people at Miracle Method of Colorado Springs who we worked with. We received a great value for our investment and highly recommend Miracle Method of Colorado Springs.

  The tub restoration looked great. We did not use the tub for the prescribed days as told. When I went to use the shower I noticed that the faucet and on /off plate was completely detached from the tile. There were absolutely no issues prior to the work being done. And the faucet and on/off plate was completely secured to the tile prior to the restoration. We contacted the company and the individual that came out said they are not responsible for the issue and would not make it right. He said "don't know what to tell you". He would not even attempt to make the situation right. We paid $700 for the restoration job and they made more work for us and left us with an issue we didn't have prior to the work. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and inability to rectify a problem they caused. Will not recommend this company.
