  (1) While investigating my brand new dining room chairs at the delivery bay, I discovered that all three (only three were available) were not level. I was initially told it was because they were on an uneven surface. When I asked to see them on a level surface, they still wobbled. I then watched on in astonishment as the guy took a mini sledge hammer to repeatedly beat the end of a chair leg. He must have caught my expression because he says to me: "Oh if this looks ridiculous, that's just how I level all of my chairs..." I reply simply, "Be that as it may, this chair is assembled by bolts..." I then refused anything go on my pickup truck and went back into store to get a refund. (2) They don't like to answer the phone. (3) I'll be charitable in saying there was a 'misunderstanding' about delivery dates. (4) Even something as simple as coordinating the correct delivery bay didn't pan out. "Go to bay 1" they say, except there is a tractor trailer and a dumpster there... so I proceed to bay 2 - with the guy telling me to go back to bay 1, to wait 15-20 minutes just so I can walk up and witness the load of the truck myself, which obviously wasn't going anywhere soon. Especially when considering, it was seemingly being unloaded by the ONE employee they appeared to have doing that task. This place is in desperate need of an intervention... That's all I can say. If it were some kind of a great deal on furniture maybe I could understand putting up with such terrible service, but it's really not.
