  Where I agree adopting from a shelter or rescue is a wonderful idea...we melted at the sight of our golden retriever. The way I saw it...he was a rescue puppy in a shelter waiting for a wonderful home too. And thankfully we finalized our decision to adopt him from Pet City. We were helped by Joe who was great and patient with all of my questions including the couple times I had called the store. We had a wonderful experience at Pet City-Citadel! Joe even helped by bringing out the kennel we purchased to my vehicle. This was a couple months ago now but I decided to write a review after we called Pet City today to check on our dog’s paperwork and the lady who answered was extremely helpful. She asked how our dog was doing and to add to the review....our golden retriever is doing amazing, unbelievably smart, noble, loyal and loving. Completely potty trained after only a week or two of training and knows many tricks and commands for a 5 month old. Thanks Pet City!
