  My family has used The Poop Happens for 4.5 years. During that time we never experienced any issues or concerns regarding service, billing or their customer service. Their service was prompt and consistent. Their pricing is perfect. I am a single mom with two kids and we are all busy with different activities/sports and work. I love that we never had to worry about the yard. The only reason I am discontinuing service, at this time, is because I sold my house and am moving into an apartment temporarily. Once my new home is purchased, I would definitely consider using The Poop Happens again.
