  We've used Rain Days multiple times for our member's t-shirts and have been satisfied every time. Diann is extremely prompt in answering e-mails and has always been able to answer our slew of questions. She's honest, friendly, and her work is great! If you're needing a job done and are looking for a great experience that also supports a local COS business, we highly recommend using Rainy Days!

  I'm happy I did NOT go to Rainy Days. Upon calling, when I described the situation and what I needed, the woman who answered the phone laughed in my ear. Though I did not need a mass quantity of items ordered, I don't think that's a reason to frown upon someone or the business they are trying to give you. For the occasion I was needing the shirts for was time sensitive and highly important, and when described she suggested fabric paint. If I had wanted to use fabric paint, I wouldn't have called in the first place. If on the phone their customer service lacks, I wouldn't be surprised if the trend follows within the store.
