He purchased the recliner on Friday and received it the next day! Nina was terrific to work with and we were very pleased with the delivery crew (Bill and Ron). Bill and Ron delivered (on time), assembled and went over all of the features of the Luma and even hauled away the old recliner before they left. Couldn't be more pleased with their customer service!
