  I was hesitant to even come to this store due to the reviews, however my experience here was the total opposite. I was greeted immediately upon steppin in the store, and the sales rep that helped me named Audrea was awesome. Very polite, knowledgeable and total pleasure to work with. My second experience was even better. I don't know if they got new employees but the women here are awesome.

  Two women w white hair that were working this evening were rude an not helpful by any means. I went in looking for derma blend an they said they didn't carry it an didn't even offer to help me find something else or tell me of another product close to what I was looking for. They were to BUSY CHATTING W EACH OTHER to give customer service!!! I will stick w ULTA they r much more professional an helpful.
