I called Linda and was told "oh I guess we forgot to pull off the bad petals before delivering them" no apology, no let's make this right, no customer service at all. These roses arrived looking like tired grocery store roses, so I'm not expecting them to last even a few days. I'm very disappointed that my husbands anniversary gift was purchased here.
