  If I could give them zero stars I would. How difficult is it to swap out a SIM card? I left the store not realizing my phone didn't actually work and when I called back there was no apology for the inconvenience just a curt redirection to AT&T customer service, who despite their best efforts, were unable to rectify the situation via phone. This retailer offers substandard customer support and subpar technological assistance.

  Mike answered my call, was helpful. These employee's have to juggle current clients with drop in's. JC had just walked in from a break and immediately asked what he could help me with. Even with chaos of holidays the four employee's were energetic and positive. I side mentioned my smart phone was low on power and he started a charge, that was nice. I like the location - close access to i25, and on a street corner. Bit low on parking options however.
