  Wait times don’t bother me as long as there is good customer service. I waited 45 minutes to be “helped”. Josh right from the start acted as if providing assistance to me was a hassle. I explained that I needed to upload my bill from my prior service in order to receive the benefit I was told I’d get; paying for my phone from the prior service $200 on the spot and the rest when I uploaded the bill. He immediately tells me they aren’t supposed to do that because “they want it to be the customers problem”. That is in direct conflict with the two employees I has spoken to previously. He then proceeds to tell me that because the prior company splits the remaining payments into two parts (all still paying off the phone), that he can only give me one piece. This is again in direct conflict with the previous two employees. As I am filling out the claim, it asks for the account holder’s information. I asked him to clarify. “It says ACCOUNT HOLDER first name and ACOUNT HOLDER last name”. I asked a legitimate question because the prior account and the AT&T account have two different account holders, and I was met with a horrible attitude and sarcasm. At the end of the claim, I find that he didn’t even bother to try to combine the two bills equalling the total of the cost of the phone. I walked out, extremely frustrated and angry. By far the worst customer service I have ever received. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Drive a little further and go to the one on North Nevada Ave. All of their employees that I came across were friendly and WANTED to help.
