  Easy to find location, next door to iTopit yogurt shop, wait time was around 15-25 min, plenty of chairs/cushion seats. I wanted to say thanks to Naomi for helping me with a smooth and fast phone upgrade transaction, your service was super!

  Very disappointed. Went in to try and get the deals advertised on the ATT website: Military Discount, BOGO, & Phone Trade-ins. Initially met with Daniel (Mgr). First, could not get the military discount, even with a DD214 in-hand; he indicated it was for active duty only, even though the ATT website indicates "Military & Veterans" . Next, we set up the to buy an iX and BOGO an i8. That seemed to go ok, until the pricing was discussed. At that pointed the BOGO offer disappeared because we were not signing up for DirectTV. What?! Next, the phone trade-ins. We were going to trade-in two Samsung 6's and a i6S+. Guess what, no trade-in value was available on those phones. What a joke. We left. Went to dinner, reviewed the ATT website offers again and our options. Decided to travel 35 minutes to Pueblo, Hwy 50 ATT store. Completely different experience. Received all the offers mentioned above and reduced our cell phone bill by approx.$50 / month, plus received $176 of trade-in value. Thank goodness we left the Cheyenne Mtn ATT store and drove to the Pueblo ATT Hwy 50 store. If you are trying to save $$$, stay away from the ATT Cheyenne Mtn store.

  I pray I never have to Come back to this store, there is no greater time waster on the planet. Came In at 9, just needing a new Sim card, no big deal, should take 2 minutes. Alas, all the employees (all two of them) are totally busy, one explaining what a phone basically is to an old man, and the other employee spending AN HOUR selling a phone charger. Seriously, I just needed a Sim card, these dudes probaby have bags full of them not 10 ft away From me. And shame on the customers for seriously eating up this much of the employees Time over such nonsense.
