  Complete utter B.S liars . Bought two brand new LG V20 phones on their BOGO program ( buy one get one free) . How its supposed to work is you purchase phones and service and put the phones on the installment plan .. 4-8 weeks after purchase you will receive a prepaid Mastercard for the amount of one of the phones. you can then completely pay off one phone .. hence the buy one get one free. WELLLLLL we did exactly as the people in the T-Mobile store told us to and low and behold 7 weeks later we receive an email from t mobile explaining that we are not illegible for the BOGO offer. This is FRAUD we have already paid money out and switched phone companies!!!!!! So sick go big companies attempting to screw over honest hardworking people. I have taken photos of the ads hanging in the store as well as our original receipt and kept documentation of our correspondence with T-Mobile employees throughout this entire process. ( I have fell victim to large companies horsesh*t fraudulent practices before) These companies should be exiled from doing business in the U.S!!! .... update after threatening a lawsuit and threatening to go to local and national media with my story .. now all of a sudden T-Mobile is willing to approve our BOGO deal... they state" we have no idea why you received an email stating that you are ineligible for the rebate" YA SURE ALL OF A SUDDEN .. what a joke. They still tried to say it would take another 8 weeks to receive the rebate ( which causes me to have to pay 2 more months of the phone installment payments .. which makes them more $$$!!! ) I again had to threaten a lawsuit and media coverage and now i will supposedly get my rebate card in 3 weeks .. i will keep you posted ... ALL CELL PHONE COMPANIES ARE FRAUDULENT CROOKS!
