  This pharmacy is terrible primarily because of the staff. I am a 67 year old woman on Medicare. My experience with the pharmacy staff was poor. I filled a prescription for a very expensive drug that my doctor had prescribed. He had given me a coupon so that the prescription would only cost me $35.00 since I am on a fixed income. The pharmacy staff would not honor the coupon and I was having surgery the following day so I paid $170.00 for the prescription. When I told the doctor about my experience he kindly gave me the medicine for free and told me to return the medicine I got gouged on since it was unopened and unused. When I returned to the pharmacy I was treated rudely and they would not return my $170.00. My children help me when I need it so I was still able to buy groceries for the month but I wonder how many other elderly people this pharmacy is taking advantage of who will have to skip meals because the staff here is so cruel and insensitive. It was the pharmacy manager who was so unkind to me.
