  I had to pick up a prescription for my daughter and went to this same walgreens I've always filled my prescriptions at. When I gave the woman her name, she said it wasn't there. I let her know I got a reminder call that it was ready and she said it wasn't at this Walgreens. When I asked her which one it was filled at, she looked at me annoyed, and told me it's at the one I always go to. I told her this was the location I always go to, and she proceeded to tell me no I don't..? I asked her which location it was filled a second time, and again, she said it's at the location I always go to. I found this to be very rude and uncalled for as she finally rolled her eyes and told me which location. That could have been communicated the first time I asked and spared us both our time. Poor customer service.

  When people bring a prescription to the pharmacy during normal operating hours they expect to receive service. I was very ill and was told to go to a different pharmacy because they were closing in 10 minutes and they weren't going to be filling anymore prescriptions. I'm my opinion this is terrible customer service. I barely wanted to drive to this pharmacy but because you don't want to get off work late you want to send me across town. No thanks. My family and I will be finding a new pharmacy.
